Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Upon placing your order, a confirmation email including your order details will be sent to you.
  • Your order will generally be processed within 12 hours and sent to our fulfillment center for preparation.
  • A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your package is shipped by our fulfillment center, typically within 24 hours of processing, containing tracking number(s) for your package(s).

Shipping Service

  • We partner with leading carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Logistics for efficient delivery. Amazon Logistics, provided by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, uses nearby Amazon warehouses to expedite delivery.
  • Free Shipping:
    Applies to orders over $29.99 within the continental U.S., subject to additional fees for remote areas and international shipments. Oversized products and certain categories on our website may be excluded.
  • Buy with Prime:

Geographical Coverage

  • We deliver to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, and select E.U. countries. Restrictions apply to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and outlying territories.

Shipping Time Frame

  • Shipping times vary by location, aiming for 3 to 5 business days in the continental U.S. from order processing date.
  • Note:
    • Orders may have different estimated shipping dates due to stock availability, possibly resulting in multiple shipments from different warehouses.
    • Amazon Logistics shipments typically match our delivery time frame estimates. Tracking information may be delayed by a day or two after shipping, which does not affect actual delivery speed.

Multiple Shipments

Orders may arrive in separate packages to reduce damage risk and optimize shipping costs. This practice does not affect our free shipping policy, except for specified exceptions.

Changes in Shipping Address

  • After an order is submitted, we cannot modify the shipping address or shipping method. If delivery fails and the package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your account.
  • In scenarios where an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer and the package is delivered to and received by someone else (not returned to the original sender), we are unable to process a refund. It is crucial for customers to double-check their shipping address for accuracy. Should you realize a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us immediately before the package arrives, so we can attempt to resolve the issue. However, our ability to make changes may be limited once the order has proceeded to a certain stage in the shipping process.

Sales Tax & VAT

Sales tax (sales tax, GST, VAT) varies by country and region and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, first check your delivery location or with your receptionist. If still missing, contact our Customer Service Department immediately for assistance.
