For in-stock items, orders are sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Unfortunately, once the
order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered product, please contact
us to request the cancellation.

- All orders from ProtoArc official website are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery.
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which includes the purchase price and original shipping and handling
charges if applicable.
- For products over 30 days of delivery, the return window will be closed, but we provide a 2-year warranty for
all ProtoArc products.
If you need to return a product within the 30-day return policy, please contact
us with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

How can I get a prepaid return shipping label?
- The product must be in a near-new condition, with all original contents undamaged and in its original packaging.
- If there is no quality issue with the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- To ensure that we receive your returned product, please use a traceable shipping method and provide us with the
tracking number after you have shipped the return package back.

When will the (refund) credit appear on my credit card?
