If the order hasn't been shipped out, and you want to cancel it, please contact us to help you to cancel it. Usually,
the refund will be back to your original account within 48 hours after we canceled it. Please understand that we
cannot cancel an order if it has been shipped out.
All purchases from our official site are eligible for a 30-day return after delivery. Returns will be closed if the
order exceeds 30 days, but we offer a 1-year warranty for the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original
package with all original contents undamaged. If there is no quality issue with the product, the customer should pay
the return shipping fee.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card
company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some
processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund
