About connection

  1. Change another USB port or try to connect the T1 Touchpad to other devices to check if the problem persists.
  2. Try another USB A to USB C cable to connect the T1 Touchpad to your device.

About settings

If you want to reverse the scroll direction of the Touchpad, please follow the below steps:

This computer>Open Settings>Devices>Touchpad>Scroll Direction>Just select the direction you need.

The sensitivity of the Touchpad cannot be adjusted through the Touchpad itself. However, you can try to adjust the sensitivity of the Touchpad in your device:

For Windows

  1. Click the Windows Start Menu icon at the bottom right corner of the taskbar, and then select the Settings option.
  2. In the Settings window, select the “Devices” option, and then click the “Touchpad” option on the left side.
  3. On the Touchpad page, you can see a number of options to adjust, including the sensitivity of the touchpad. You can adjust the sensitivity of the touchpad by sliding the adjustment bar. Slide left to decrease the sensitivity and right to increase it.

For macOS

  1. Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select “System Preferences”.
  2. In the System Preferences window, find and click on the “Touchpad” option.
  3. On the trackpad page, you can slide the sensitivity slider to set your preferred level from slower to faster.

The speed of movement of the pointer cannot be adjusted through the Touchpad itself. However, you can try to adjust the speed of movement of the pointer in your device by following the below steps:

For Windows

  1. Click the [Start] button on the taskbar and select the [Settings] option.
  2. In the Settings menu, select the [Device] option.
  3. In the device settings, find and click on the [Mouse and Touchpad] option.
  4. In the options on the right, find the [Pointer Speed] setting and adjust the pointer speed by sliding the bar.

For macOS

  1. Click on the Apple menu and select “System Settings”.
  2. In System Settings, find and click on the “Mouse” or “Trackpad” option in the sidebar.
  3. In the trackpad settings, you will see a slider for “Tracking Speed”. By adjusting this slider, you can change the speed at which the trackpad pointer moves.
