Troubleshooting
- Make sure the desk surface is clean, dry, and free of oil or dust.
- Remove the protective film from the bottom of the mouse pad.
- Check and clean the anti-slip layer on the bottom of the pad.
- Ensure the anti-slip layer is fully attached to the desk surface.
- If the anti-slip effect weakens over time, try wiping the bottom of the pad with a damp cloth and let it dry completely to restore its stickiness.
A slight odor may be present when the product is new. This is normal and will usually dissipate after being placed in a well-ventilated area for a few days.
