How do I adjust the time on the LCD screen?
- The screen time can only be adjusted on the driver.
- Please download the driver and install it first, and then click "Adjust screen time", the screen time will be updated to the same time as on your computer.

If the time format of the LCD screen can be changed?
We are sorry that the time format of the LCD screen cannot be changed.
What should I do if the device will not turn on or stops working?
- If the LCD stopped working, please press the Fn+PGDN buttons first to check if the LCD can be turned on or not first.
- After that, please please long press the Fn+ESC buttons for 5 seconds to reset the keyboard.
- If the problem remains, please contact us via email (support@protoarc.com) and then we will provide the upgrade tools to you.
