About Connection
Mouse
In Bluetooth Connection:
- Turn off the mouse.
- Press and hold the scroll wheel, then turn on the mouse while still holding the wheel. Release the wheel once the Bluetooth channel indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Connect the mouse to your device via Bluetooth.
- If the Bluetooth name cannot be found, please try turning your device’s Bluetooth function off and on again.
In 2.4G Mode:
- Turn on the mouse and switch it to the 2.4G channel. At the same time, press and hold the scroll wheel and both left and right buttons for 5 seconds until the 2.4G indicator light flashes rapidly.
- Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into your device (keep the mouse close to the port while plugging in the receiver). The mouse will automatically connect to the device.
Keyboard
In 2.4G Mode:
- Insert the USB receiver.
- Turn on the keyboard, short press the 2.4G channel button to switch to the 2.4G channel, then long press the same button until the 2.4G indicator light flashes rapidly. The keyboard is now in pairing mode.
- Once the keyboard enters pairing mode, quickly unplug and reinsert the USB receiver (keep the keyboard close to the port while plugging in).
- The keyboard and USB receiver are now re-paired.
In Bluetooth Connection:
- Turn off the keyboard. Press and hold ESC + 3 (use the number "3" on the main keyboard, not the numeric keypad). Keep holding the keys and then turn on the keyboard. The channel indicator light will flash rapidly and then stay on. You can release the keys at this point.
- Select the desired connection channel and connect the keyboard to your device.
- If the Bluetooth name cannot be found, please try turning your device’s Bluetooth function off and on again.
- Make sure the keyboard/mouse is fully charged. Low battery power may affect its performance.
- If you are using a USB adapter to connect the keyboard/mouse to your device, unplug and reconnect the USB adapter, and try a different USB port if necessary.
- If connecting via Bluetooth, remove the keyboard/mouse from your device’s Bluetooth list, restart your device, and then pair the keyboard/mouse again according to the instructions in the user manual.
- If the problem continues, try connecting the keyboard/mouse to another device to see if the same issue occurs, and contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
On or Has Stopped Working?
- The keyboard and mouse have a rated charging voltage of 5V. It is recommended to charge them using a computer USB port.
- Try using a different Type-C cable to determine whether the issue is caused by the cable or the keyboard/mouse itself.
- If the power indicator on the keyboard/mouse does not light up at all, please contact our customer support team right away for help.
- Make sure the keyboard/mouse is fully charged. Low battery power may affect its performance.
- If you are using a USB adapter to connect the keyboard/mouse to your device, unplug and reconnect the USB adapter, and try a different USB port if necessary.
- If connecting via Bluetooth, remove the keyboard/mouse from your device’s Bluetooth list, restart your device, and then pair the keyboard/mouse again according to the instructions in the user manual.

About Charging
- When the battery is low, the low battery indicator on the keyboard or mouse will flash rapidly to alert you.
- Connect the Type-C end to the mouse or keyboard, and the USB-A end to your computer for charging. A steady red light will indicate that charging is in progress.
- When the device is fully charged, the indicator will turn green.
Note: If the mouse or keyboard has low battery, issues such as lagging or stuttering may occur. Please connect it to a power source promptly to ensure sufficient battery levels for normal performance.
Sleep Mode:
- If the keyboard and mouse remain unused for more than 60 minutes, they will automatically enter sleep mode, and the indicator lights will turn off.
- To resume using the keyboard and mouse, simply press any key. The keyboard will wake up within 3 seconds, with the indicator lights turning back on and normal operation resuming.
- Before using the keyboard, please make sure to set the keyboard language to English (UK):
- Example on Samsung tablet: Settings > General management > Samsung keyboard settings > Language and types > Manage input languages > Select English (UK)
- Example on OPPO phone: Settings > Additional settings > Language & input > Physical keyboard > KM60 > Keyboard layout > Select English (UK)
