Troubleshooting Steps:
- Make sure you are using the original USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
- Check whether the charging indicator light turns on when charging.
- To rule out a faulty cable, try another USB-A to USB-C charging cable and connect it to a computer’s USB port for charging.
Note: Our mouse and keyboard require a 5V output charging port. A computer USB port is the best choice.

- If using a USB receiver:Unplug and reinsert the USB receiver. If necessary, try a different USB port.
- If using Bluetooth:Remove the device from your Bluetooth list, restart your device, and re-pair the keyboard/mouse according to the user manual.
- Re-pair/reset if needed:If the issue persists, follow the re-pairing and Bluetooth reset steps mentioned earlier to reconnect the keyboard/mouse with the USB adapter and reset the Bluetooth connection.
- Test on another device:If the problem still occurs, try connecting the keyboard/mouse to another device to check whether the same issue appears.
- Contact customer support:If the problem continues, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
