FAQ — K110-A

About Connection

  • Turn off the keyboard, press and hold ESC + 3, then turn it on. The channel indicator will flash rapidly then stay solid.
  • Select a channel and connect to your device. Toggle Bluetooth off/on if you cannot find the keyboard.
Notes:
  • If connection fails, restart keyboard & Bluetooth or delete duplicate device entries.
  • Press the channel button to switch among paired devices.
  • The keyboard remembers the last connected channel.
  • Compatible only with macOS (not Linux/Windows).
  • Devices before 2013 or macOS below 10.12 are unsupported.
  • Mac devices older than 2013 or macOS below 10.12 are unsupported.
  • Ensure the keyboard is fully charged.
  • Check channel indicator behavior.
  • Delete old Bluetooth entries and restart your device.
  • Re-pair following the pairing steps.
  • Test the keyboard on another device.
  • If still failing, reset the Bluetooth connection.
  • Fully charge the keyboard.
  • Delete Bluetooth history & restart the Mac.
  • Pair again by searching for “K110-A Keyboard”.
  • Test with another device if the issue persists.

About Charging

  • Low battery indicator flashes red once per second.
  • Charging: red (charging) → green (full).
  • Full charge time: approx. 3–4 hours.
Notes:
  • Low battery may cause performance lag.
  • If over-discharged, charge 10 minutes or replug repeatedly to reactivate.

Sleep Mode

  • No use for 60 minutes → sleep mode.
  • Press any key to wake within ~3 seconds.

About Multimedia Function Keys

  • Multimedia keys can be used directly.
  • F1–F12 require Fn + key.

About Keyboard Keys

  • Disable screenshot key (Command + 3): macOS → System Settings → Keyboard → Shortcuts → Screenshots → disable Command + 3.
  • Enable/Disable numeric keypad: Press “Clear”.
