Try unplugging the USB/disconnect the Bluetooth and re-inserting/reconnecting. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try plugging it into another USB port on your computer.
If this doesn't work, try using the keyboard/mouse on another computer, as it could be an issue with your computer system. If this hasn't resolved the issue, please contact our customer services team via support@protoarc.com, as it could be a defective mouse.
When the battery is too low, the low voltage indicator/charging indicator of the keyboard mouse will flash;
The low voltage indicator/charging indicator of the keyboard and mouse up red when charging and turns green when fully charged.
The way to reset the keyboard:
1. Turn on the keyboard, long press ESC+3 (Use the number 3 on the main keyboard, not on the numeric keypad) to
reset;
2. Restart the keyboard and try to connect it with your device.
