- Public account required: Your social media account and submitted post must be publicly accessible during review. Private, friends-only, group-only, region-restricted, hidden, or deleted content cannot be approved.
- Permanent formats only: Accepted formats include Instagram Post or Reel, TikTok video, YouTube video or Shorts, Reddit post, Facebook public post, and X public post.
- Temporary content is not eligible: Instagram/Facebook Stories, Snapchat posts, limited-time posts, and group-only or friends-only content do not qualify.
- 30-day retention: Keep the submitted post public and visible for at least 30 days. Posts removed, hidden, or made private during that period may void eligibility and affect future cooperation.
- Original product content: Show a real product-use experience with original product photos or video. Stolen images, irrelevant content, bulk AI-generated posts, duplicate posts, or low-quality spam posts fail review.
- Final review: ProtoArc reserves the final right to interpret campaign rules, review results, and abnormal activity.
