Are 4D armrests and blade casters standard on new EC200 chairs?
No, these are separate upgrade accessories. They are not standard on new EC200 chairs due to retooling and cost.
What are the benefits of upgraded blade casters?
They offer better floor protection (softer material), smoother rolling, and quieter movement. They are slightly taller (1-2 cm) and work best on hard floors (tile, marble, wood). Performance may decrease on thick carpets.
