About Connection & Troubleshooting
If you experience tracking issues or connection drops, please try the following steps:
- Check the Battery: Ensure the mouse is fully charged before use.
- Confirm the Mode: Check the channel indicator light at the bottom of the mouse. Make sure it is set to the correct mode and is flashing, which indicates pairing mode.
- Troubleshoot USB Receiver (2.4G Mode): Unplug the USB receiver and plug it back in, then try a different USB port on your device.
- Troubleshoot Bluetooth Connection: Remove/Forget the mouse from your device's Bluetooth list, restart your computer or mobile device, and follow the pairing guide to re-establish the Bluetooth connection.
- Cross-Device Test: Try connecting the mouse to another device to determine if the issue is with the mouse itself or specific to your original device.
- Reset the Mouse: If none of the above steps work, refer to the manual for re-pairing or resetting Bluetooth instructions.
First, ensure the mouse has sufficient battery power.
If you still cannot switch channels, please refer to the manual's detailed instructions on re-pairing the USB Receiver and resetting the Bluetooth Connection.
