FAQ - EM02

About Connection & Troubleshooting

My 2.4G receiver disconnected. How do I re-pair it manually?

If your mouse fails to connect via the USB receiver, follow these steps to rebuild the connection:

  • Power On: Make sure the power switch on the bottom of the mouse is turned on.
  • Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the Left Click, Right Click, and Scroll Wheel (Middle Click) simultaneously for about 5 seconds, until the 2.4G indicator light starts flashing rapidly.
  • Plug in the Receiver: Insert the USB receiver into your computer's USB port. Keep the mouse as close to the port as possible during this step. The mouse will automatically recognize the receiver and complete the pairing.
How do I reset the mouse's Bluetooth connection?

To clear the Bluetooth pairing history or switch to a new device, follow these steps:

  • Turn off the mouse power switch.
  • Press and hold down the Scroll Wheel, and turn the power switch back on while continuing to hold it.
  • Watch the Bluetooth channel indicator light. Once it begins to flash rapidly, release the scroll wheel.
  • Open your device's Bluetooth settings to search for and reconnect the mouse.

About Charging & Power Management

How do I know when to charge the mouse? What do the indicator lights mean?
  • Low Battery Warning: When the battery runs low, the indicator light will flash red, alerting you to plug it in.
  • Charging Status: Connect the mouse using the included Type-C cable. The indicator light will stay solid red while charging.
  • Fully Charged: A full charge typically takes 1 to 3.5 hours. Once the indicator light turns off, the battery is completely full.

About DPI & Sensitivity Settings

How do I adjust the cursor speed (DPI)?

The factory default setting is 400 DPI. You can click the DPI cycle button on top of the mouse to switch sensitivity levels in real-time. The red indicator light will flash to signify the current setting:

  • Flashes 1 time: 200 DPI
  • Flashes 2 times: 400 DPI (Default)
  • Flashes 3 times: 800 DPI
  • Flashes 4 times: 1200 DPI
  • Flashes 5 times: 1600 DPI

About Maintenance & Accessories

I lost my USB receiver. Can I buy a replacement separately?

Yes. You do not need to buy a whole new mouse. The EM02 model is fully compatible with our SM002 dedicated replacement receiver.

The trackball feels stiff or has resistance when rolling. How do I fix it?

Trackball smoothness relies on clean physical contact. Over time, dust, lint, or skin oils can accumulate inside the chamber.

Maintenance Advice: We recommend popping the trackball out every few weeks and wiping the three white ceramic bearings inside with a clean, dry cloth. A quick cleaning will instantly restore that signature buttery-smooth glide.
