How does the Returning Customers 18% OFF offer work?
Submit a previous ProtoArc order during the campaign period. If eligible, ProtoArc verifies the order and issues a voucher within 1–3 business days. The voucher remains valid for 3 calendar days after issuance and applies to eligible products only.
How does the Exclusive Bundle discount apply?
After opening a Bundle from this page, add both specified items to the same ProtoArc cart. The 18% Bundle discount is applied automatically. No code is required, and this discount cannot be stacked with WELCOME15 or a returning-customer voucher.
How does the ED200 Experience Program work?
Six full-sized ED200 desk samples are available. U.S. residents with a valid physical address, a suitable full-size desk space and 4+ daily desk-working hours may apply. Selected testers complete a video interview, sign a Beta Test Agreement, actively use the desk and provide detailed, honest feedback. After completing the project and required feedback, the sample is theirs to keep. ProtoArc responds within 3–5 business days.
How does the MP50 Spin work?
Each eligible participant receives one spin for a chance to win an MP50. Quantities are limited and prizes are awarded first come, first served. If you win and submit complete claim information, the prize ships within 7–15 business days.
