How do I reset the Bluetooth connection on my keyboard?

If you need to delete previous Bluetooth pairing records and reset the keyboard, follow these steps:

  • Turn off the keyboard power.
  • Press and hold ESC + 3 simultaneously. Make sure to use the number 3 key on the main keyboard, not the right-side numeric keypad.

  • Go to your device’s Bluetooth list to search and reconnect.
My computer/tablet cannot find the keyboard or mouse in the Bluetooth list. What should I do?

If the devices are missing from your Bluetooth list, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check the Pairing Status: Ensure the indicator lights are flashing rapidly. This means the device is actually in pairing mode. If the light is flashing slowly or stays solid, your device may not find it.
  • Restart Bluetooth: Turn off your computer/device's Bluetooth, wait 5 seconds, and turn it back on.
  • Clear Old Pairing Records: "Forget" or remove any previous connections of this keyboard/mouse from your device's Bluetooth list, then search again.
  • Switch Channels: Try switching to a different Bluetooth channel, such as from BT1 to BT2.
  • Stay Close: Keep the keyboard/mouse within 1 meter / 3 feet of your device while pairing.
How do I fix issues like mouse lagging, keys repeating, typing delay, or sudden connection drops?

Most connectivity issues can be resolved by checking the environment and power supply. Please try these steps:

  • Check Device Battery: If your host device, such as a PC, phone, or tablet, is below 20% battery, please charge it. Low host battery can cause peripheral connection issues.
  • Charge the Keyboard/Mouse: Low power in the keyboard or mouse can cause cursor lag, stuttering, or typing drops. Please charge them fully using your computer's USB port. A flashing red light indicates low battery.
  • If using the 2.4G USB Receiver: Unplug the USB receiver and plug it into a different USB port. Double-check that both the keyboard and mouse are switched to the 2.4G channel.
  • If using Bluetooth: Turn your device’s Bluetooth off and on again, then tap a key or click the mouse to re-trigger the connection.
  • If the issue continues, remove the product from your device's Bluetooth list, restart your device, and re-pair from scratch.
