How do I pair or reset my keyboard and mouse?

Mouse Connection Setup

Reset Bluetooth Connection

Please follow the steps below:

  • Turn off the mouse power.
  • Press and hold the scroll wheel, then turn on the mouse while continuing to hold the scroll wheel.
  • Release the scroll wheel when the channel indicator starts flashing rapidly.
  • Press the channel switch button briefly to switch to Bluetooth mode.
  • Search for the mouse in your device’s Bluetooth settings and connect.

Tip: If the Bluetooth name cannot be found, please try turning your computer or device Bluetooth off and back on again.

Pairing in 2.4G Mode

  • Turn on the mouse and switch to the 2.4G channel.
  • Press and hold the middle scroll wheel button, left button, and right button simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the 2.4G indicator flashes rapidly.
  • Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into your device.
  • During this process, keep the mouse as close as possible to the receiver.
  • The mouse will automatically complete the pairing process.

Keyboard Connection Setup

Pairing the 2.4G USB Receiver

Please follow these steps:

  • Insert the USB receiver into your computer.
  • Turn on the keyboard.
  • Briefly press the 2.4G channel button to switch to 2.4G mode.
  • Press and hold the 2.4G channel button until the indicator flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
  • Quickly unplug and reconnect the USB receiver.
  • Keep the keyboard as close as possible to the receiver during this process.
  • The keyboard and receiver will automatically complete the pairing process.

Reset Bluetooth Connection

  • Turn off the keyboard.
  • Press and hold ESC + 3. Use the number 3 from the main keyboard area, not the numeric keypad.
  • While holding these two keys, turn on the keyboard.
  • When the channel indicator flashes rapidly and then stays solid, release the keys.
  • Select the corresponding Bluetooth channel and connect the keyboard to your device.

Tip: If the Bluetooth name cannot be found, please try turning your device’s Bluetooth off and back on.

Do I need to pair Bluetooth again after restarting the keyboard?

No.

The keyboard has a memory function. After turning it off and back on, it will automatically reconnect to the previously used default channel, and the corresponding channel indicator will light up.

What should I do if there is a Bluetooth connection issue?

Please follow these steps:

  • Turn off the keyboard or mouse.
  • Remove the paired device name from your computer’s Bluetooth list.
  • Turn off your computer’s Bluetooth and restart the device.
  • Turn Bluetooth back on and follow the pairing instructions to reconnect the keyboard or mouse.
Why is the device not responding or unable to type or move properly?

Please check the following:

  • Make sure the keyboard or mouse is switched to the correct connected channel.
  • If the current channel is not connected, press the channel switch button to select the connected channel.
  • Wait about 4 seconds before using the device again.

About Common Troubleshooting

What should I do if my keyboard or mouse does not work, cannot connect, or keeps disconnecting?

For keyboard issues:

  • Repeated keystrokes
  • Typing delays
  • Multiple characters appearing

For mouse issues:

  • Cursor not responding
  • Cursor lagging
  • Cursor speed becoming slower

Please try the following solutions:

Check Your Device Battery

  • If your connected device, such as a PC, phone, or tablet, has less than 20% battery, please charge it first.
  • A low device battery level may affect keyboard or mouse performance.

Check the Keyboard or Mouse Battery

  • Please charge your keyboard or mouse regularly and make sure it has sufficient power before use.
  • We recommend charging through your computer’s USB port.
  • A flashing power indicator means the battery is low.

If Using the USB Receiver (2.4G Connection)

  • Remove and reconnect the USB receiver.
  • Try another USB port.
  • Make sure both the keyboard and mouse are switched to 2.4G mode.

If Using a Bluetooth Connection

  • Open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
  • Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  • Press any keyboard key or click the mouse to reconnect.
  • Remove the product from your device’s Bluetooth paired list.
  • Restart your device.
  • Pair the keyboard or mouse again.

About Power & Charging

What happens when the keyboard or mouse battery is low?

When the battery is low:

  • The red low-battery indicator will flash until the device powers off.
  • You may experience connection delays, lag, or interruptions.
  • Please charge the device as soon as possible.
How do I charge the keyboard and mouse? What do the indicators mean?

Charging Method

  • Connect the Type-C charging cable to the keyboard or mouse.
  • Connect the USB-A end to your computer’s USB port.

Charging Indicator

  • Red light: Charging
  • Green light: Fully charged

Charging Time

A full charging cycle takes approximately 2–3 hours.

About Sleep Mode & Wake-up

Why does the keyboard or mouse stop responding after being idle for a while?

This is a normal power-saving feature.

When the device has no activity for more than 60 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode and the indicator light will turn off to save battery.

How do I wake up the keyboard from sleep mode?

Simply press any key on the keyboard.

The keyboard will wake up within approximately 3 seconds, the indicator light will turn on, and the keyboard will return to normal operation.
