Which purchases qualify for points? Is there a minimum spending requirement?
Points are earned on all non-discounted purchases. Promotional/sale items are excluded. No minimum spending is required.
How many points can I earn per dollar spent?
The current rate is 1 USD = 10 points. For details, please refer to the page instructions, as this ratio may be adjusted periodically.
Will I still earn points if I used a discount coupon on my order?
The discounted portion is excluded from points calculation. Points are awarded based on the actual payment amount only.
When will the points be credited?
Points are credited immediately (deductions for returned orders may experience delays).
Can shipping or tax fees earn points?
No, points are not earned for shipping charges or taxes.
How can I use my points?
Points can be redeemed for exclusive coupons, physical gifts, or direct order discounts.
Can cash vouchers redeemed with points be combined with other promo codes?

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points belong to the brand as customer rewards and cannot be sold or transferred.

After registering as a member, you will automatically receive an email containing your free‑shipping coupon code.
Can I share the discount code with other people?
Member coupon codes are for individual use only. Please do not share them to avoid losses.
Will my earned points be deducted if I return an order?
Points will be automatically deducted for returned orders.
Will the voucher that I redeemed with points be returned after a return?

Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?
No. Once you confirm the redemption, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange products. Please double‑check before confirming. If products arrive damaged, contact customer service within 7 days.

Yes. Points are valid for 24 months from the date of earning and will be automatically cleared upon expiration.
Will the system remind me before points expire?
Yes. We will notify you via email or in‑site messages prior to point expiration.
Are points related to membership tiers?
Yes. Your accumulated points determine your membership tier, and higher tiers unlock more exclusive benefits.
Will my membership tier downgrade after spending all my points?
No. Spending points will not affect your membership tier.

Can I combine points from multiple accounts?
Currently not supported. Please use a single account for purchases and point accumulation.
I invited a friend to register/purchase, why didn't I receive points?
Please make sure your friend visits the ProtoArc official website through your unique referral link, enters their email in the $5 reward coupon pop‑up window, and completes the order.
Why didn't I receive my points?
Your order may still be processing, be within the return window, or include items not eligible for points. Please contact customer support for verification.
What should I do if my points were deducted abnormally?
Please reach out to customer support for manual investigation and resolution of the issue.
Can I get points for orders placed before the loyalty program launched?
Orders placed after April 1st are eligible for point reimbursement. Please provide your order number(s).
Can I redeem points for orders purchased on other platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)?
Yes, you can redeem points for products purchased on other platforms after April 1, 2025. You need to provide your other platform order number, name, and email address for customer service to verify the authenticity of the order and add points.
