Will I still earn points if I used a discount coupon on my order?

The discounted portion is excluded from points calculation. Points are awarded based on the actual payment amount only.

When will the points be credited?

Points are credited immediately (deductions for returned orders may experience delays).

Can shipping or tax fees earn points?

No, points are not earned for shipping charges or taxes.

Orders placed after April 1st are eligible for point reimbursement. Please provide your order number(s).

Can I redeem points for orders purchased on other platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart)?

Yes, you can redeem points for products purchased on other platforms after April 1, 2025. You need to provide your other platform order number, name, and email address for customer service to verify the authenticity of the order and add points.
